Ray was able to quickly resolve a complicated problem that our previous piano tuner had tried and failed to fix (a malfunctioning sostenuto pedal that was causing notes to keep sounding after the key was released); he also seems to have noticed, and corrected, a jangling vibration that I had completely forgotten to mention to him. He responded promptly to my appointment request, and was able to come out the very next business day. Moreover, his prices are extremely reasonable compared to the competition.
